Referral Exchange.

Alright, check this out. I thought it would be a good idea to create a referral exchange. This would be kind of like a traffic exchange, or a link exchange, but we would be exchanging referrals to affiliate links for traffic exchanges. Then I figured I could just do it with a blog.
